When will my package be delivered?

Your order will ship in 24 to 48 hours after your order has been received at our fulfillment center(s).

Once shipped, delivery time for standard shipping within India is 5-7 business days days. Express Shipping charges are ₹120 and will be delivered in 2-4 business days for most metropolitan cities. All orders are shipped via our courier partner: Delhivery. You can track your order by using the tracking number which will be sent via text/email after processing of your order is complete.

Note: We are currently shipping in India only and do not offer international shipping, but we will soon. Please join our mailing list to get notified when international shipping is available.

Return Policy 

We strive to build quality relationships with customers, and we genuinely care for each one of them. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, promptly email us at officialvasumittal@gmail.com and please include your name, date of purchase, and identify the product purchased. We will refund any unopened items that you are not happy with, within 14 days of receipt. After processing, please allow 5-7 business days for a credit to appear on your account.

We do not cover shipping costs for returns/exchanges. No returns or exchanges after 14 days. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. Any return and/or exchange sent in after the allotted time will not be issued a refund and the items will not be sent back.

No refunds on digital goods and services.
